“I placed an order through the drive thru. I received great customer service. I pulled off and realized I was missing a breakfast sandwich. I went back immediately told them and continued to receive great service. They didn’t have an attitude they took accountability and provided me with a hot sandwich. We need more customer service like this“

“I visited this location on 8/16/26 @ around 7pm the server taking my order was having trouble hearing me due to intercom not working properly. Niy Niy came out to take my order and had to use her personal cell phone to note down everything. This young lady went above and beyond to be sure I got my order done right. I honestly believe this employee should be recognized and given a raise plus an extra two weeks vacation. She put in extra effort to make sure I as a customer got my order as I was asking. Employees like this are hard to find and should be compensated for their work ethic and doing everything possible to make sure customers revisit. This location needs to supply working equipment so employees can do their duties easily.“

“Jakes has been the BEST place to eat in FT. Worth Texas. We have been staying across the road and man the food has been amazing. The hamburgers to avocado toast have really been amazing. I am in love with the avocado toast, it has been the BEST I have ever had.“

“A great burger. From my first year in the bay area there was something special about Nation's Giant Burgers, scattered around the East Bay. A juicy patty, cheese, with the fixings a nice clump of lettuce, onions and tomato, thick slab of cheese and pickles. Great thick fries, and pies.. seriously the best pie I ever had was at a Nation's. Their Strawberry Tart only offered when in season, is just large strawberries, a tasty almost shortbread crust and whipped cream. The one I had in 2001, days after 9/11, the strawberries were bursting with juice, almost like a jam, the skin barely holding, and. not too sweet, not too tart... In Plant City, Florida they have amazing strawberries.. previously the best I had ever tasted, but these, from a California Farm is what they said, are always going to be the best. �Other than their Strawberry Tart, I like their Banana Split, Banana Cream, Chocolate Cream, Pecan, Blueberry... well.. all of them. Never a bad choice. How I like my burger. Cheese, no dressing, grilled onions, light lettuce. Then I get hash browns and ham on the side (sometimes one egg also) and add them to the burger. Anyway. yes. 👍 more, again.“

“First visit for my wife and I. We have tried so many other burger places and had been wanting to try Grumps for quite some time.

Went on a Saturday afternoon, not too packed. The place is well lit, decorated with pretty cool sports memorabilia and very clean. Have a few t.v's inside but the atmosphere was quiet, calm and you could hold a conversation easily with your dinner party without having to yell. The staff was some of the friendliest I have seen, especially the young girl at the front register. Very very helpful with first-time diners and always smiling & friendly.

Honestly loved their cheeseburger, fries and side salad. Delicious food, left stuffed and happy. Try their personal salad dressing and jalepeno ketchup. For me personally [my wife as well], this is our new go-to burger joint. Close to home so it's a win-win-win [location-food quality-dining experience].“

Our 2nd time we picked up philly cheese steaks to go… oh my.. disappointed in those.. it was all cheese, onions, peppers and mushrooms… barely any meat.. cause it was so thinly sliced!! Growing up in Philadelphia, PA… I was very disappointed in their cheese steaks!!! They need more meat! We definitely wouldn’t recommend those! Stick with their burgers!!!“
