I’ve always loved a good burger from Chapps. This location was a little different and maybe it was an off day, but walking in, most of the tables had not been cleared. Walking up to the counter, none of the cooks had hair nets or anything, and at the front counter, the attendant was wearing loungewear shorts and an old tshirt. Excellent, hot, fresh, large burgers with quality toppings. Thick- cut fries, while quantity is a bit on the slim side, are very good. Service time is good. Understand that this is a counter service place, so don't expect them to come to your table and check on you. The only negative was that my wife ordered the 1984 Burger but somehow the cashier input it as a regular cheeseburger. Chapps Burgers was my latest endeavor! My queen and I were hungry but were undecided on if we wanted Whataburger again or if we should try Chapps. Chapps won! It appeared as if we were their first customers that day so it was very quiet! Revonna selected the cheeseburger and I selected the burger called 'the knockout.' It was great! The onion rings were flavorful, also! I drank water with my meal but my queen and I usually compare lemonades and the tea provided.
