It's my first time here since they remodeled, and wow, what an experience! There was no long wait in the drive-thru, and I ordered on the Jack app. The food was delicious, warm, and my order was complete.
Service dropped dramatically since the renovation, drive through is very slow and they either have you move behind the red pole in the drive through to not show how slow they are going at the window or have you sit in the parking lot and take 10 more minutes to have you wait for your food. They need to be more efficient at the drive through window and stop messing around inside the place.
The girl in the drive thru window was so nice and got our order out super fast and it was super fresh. We added something at the very last minute and even then, we were out of the line within 2 minutes!!
