I just left this Jack In The Box and I was amazed! For one, the place looks awesome compared to when I went Mesquite High School in 1983! Second, I ordered my food and while I was waiting a man behind the counter offered me a coke! Who does that anymore?! I just wanted to take a second to say thanks! Sometimes the little things DO mean a lot!

I mean, I had a pretty good experience, but I mean there’s some things they can work on but again nobody’s perfect than you know they focus on the drive-through then the actual person ordering and sometimes I like to order with a person instead of using the kiosk and if that’s not available, then I have to wait for that person to finish the drive-through and I think they need to focus more on people buying inside as well. Perhaps they should hire somebody else...read full review
Nice customer service, but I waited over 30 minutes to get my food. Also, try the Hot One’s munchie meal!
