I had an issue with an online order that wasn't the fault of this Jack in the Box location, but the manager, Miriam, and the drive-thru employee, Alex, handled it with exceptional customer service. They were both friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to make things right.

My family really enjoyed lunch here. The fries came out fresh, all the burgers tasted great. They wouldve received 5 stars but the spicky chicken sandwich was not as spicy as we wanted it to be. Great service
Went drive thru. Couldn't customize my combo and had to order things separately, then the 5 minute wait for things not made correctly for how I had to order. JitB used to be a good fast food stop, now I'm not so sure.
