Their card system has been broken for the passed week and hasn't been fixed. I showed them it was their system and they blamed my card.
I messed up my order when ordering the wrong item they made it right and service was awesome. This is my main Jack n the box!

Jack in the Box is a convenient spot for quick bites, especially through drive-thru or Uber Eats. The dining area's loud music during the day, particularly in the morning, might not provide the most comfortable experience for all guests. However, the Chef's high standards are reflected in the quality of the meals. The bacon double smashed jack combo is a standout, with a fresh, hot, and juicy burger, and perfectly crispy and fresh curly fries. While the breakfast service could be improved, the overall dining experience at this location is satisfactory.
