It's no fault of the location.
They are very nice and the food is delicious
I had a very pleasant experience at Cicis Pizza on the evening of 9/10/2026. It wasn’t a bad experience at all—the food was actually quite fresh and delicious. I had no issues with the food afterward, and everything tasted great.
The manager working that evening was very accommodating and handled our request for baked Alfredo pasta with cheese very well. I really appreciated the great customer service.

Cicis Pizza is a restaurant that provides a decent dining experience. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the food is generally satisfactory. Recent reviews highlight that customer service has improved, with many noting friendly employees who respond quickly to requests. However, some diners have mentioned inconsistencies, such as fewer pizza choices on the buffet than expected and some advertised pizzas no longer being available.
One customer appreciated the option for children to choose as much as they want, noting that the pizza is good when freshly set out but can become cold and tough quickly due to insufficient warmth. While the salads are popular, there is a desire for better dessert options. Cicis Pizza features amenities like a kid zone room and wheelchair accessibility. Overall, the restaurant shows potential with friendly service, but there are areas that could benefit from improvement, especially in maintaining food temperature and variety.
