It is a solid buffet pizza place. The food is pretty consistent and good. They have updated the layout since last I was there. It is nice. The smallish arcade is neat with a variety of games. They have moved away from tokens and coins to tap cards. There is a dispenser there. Many TVs to watch. Overall, it was a nice place to go.
Cameron Brown was very kind and the cook Courtney was helpful to make our order perfect plus Tim,Kevin and George where always on point in keeping the restaurant clean and having the dishes clean for us Customers . Will definitely recommend and come back again!!!!

No pizza on the line, no pasta ready, we had to wait for about 15 minutes… I don’t think they we’re letting the pizza cook all the way because the bottom of the crust was gooey. Restaurant was dirty.

I haven't been to a Cici's in years and still am surprised by my visit today. The workers were respectful and yes the food was still in the process of cooking and I am a patient person. First plate was from the salad bar and everything tasted fresh and crisp. The dressing also tasted very fresh when I had some. I had a chance later on to try their pizza and it's still as good as I remember it. Also, chicken noodle soup was amazing. Highly recommend this location! ? Will be coming back so see you next weekend! ?

The place was empty, but most of the tables were covered in half eaten plates of pizza and pasta, the floor definitely needed to be swept, the food was good, but not amazing, there was no ice, the employees were nice but impatient, and turned away guests a half hour before closing and blocked half the restaurant and restrooms an hour before closing 12/17/23

Manager was cool and very friendly to assist a customer with positive attitude. Was not having the best day so I decided to crave some pizza. His positive attitude made it worth the visit for lunch. Thanks. Will return to this location. Have been a customer for 20+yrs.

Delicious food, several options including deserts and pasta, and they even make pizza on request, how ever you want, Always very good service, price is very reasonable for buffet. Atmosphere inside is average, wish could be better. I recently visited the Lavon street Garland location and was greeted with a warm welcome. I am an Airforce, Desert Storm Veteran and showed my veteran identification upon ordering a buffet for my son and I and was shocked when I was told that they dont give military discounts. It's an individual franchise decision to support our veterans was what I was told. I have become accustomed to restaurants showing their gratitude for me serving and defending our great country. Although it wasn't a complete spoiler, I was a little set back. I proceeded to pay regular price for our meals and still enjoyed the evening out with my son. I enjoy CiCi's food and environment and will continue to frequent your establishments but wish all the franchises would participate in providing military discounts for those who served. Still a fan.
