“The burgers here are genuinely great — that’s the only reason I keep coming back, and it helps that I live close by.
What consistently brings the experience down is the customer service. The staff often seem quite unhappy, and the woman who appears to be the manager is visibly annoyed even when simply taking orders at the counter. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere that I know would keep people from going out of their way to come back.

For families, just know that once you add drinks and sides, the total gets pretty high. I’ve also noticed the fry portions getting smaller over time, which makes the value feel off for the price.

I’m sharing this because the burgers are delicious, and with better service and more consistent portions, this place could be an easy favorite.“

“I go to this Whataburger even though it’s a few miles further from my house than my local one for several reasons. First of all the food is consistently great. Secondly, I enjoy the interaction with the employees and management because they are always friendly and inviting. And finally, this has to be the cleanest Whataburger that I have ever been to! “This location is run by excellent management. We have been in with at least 3 different managers & all have been excellent! They greet you upon arrival, keep the dining area clean & are fast & delightful. We used to go to MOOYAH until the local location became unbearable & despite being slightly higher priced, Five Guys is our new go to for burgers. We’ve done dine in, online order & take out which have all gone well. Kudos to the managers of this location for creating an inviting, well run restaurant.“

“5 stars for the people that work here. the weather was horrible( with the snow and ice in the roads) and the line was super long to the drive thruway super long and we had a big order being that we had no electricity and or water, we were starving and they got or order right and the food was hot!! thank you to the employees of Whataburger for making our day in a bad situation. you all are thee best!!“
