“My daughters, my mom, and I just went to this Whataburger, and I wanted to recognize one of the employees I believe is a manager (I didn’t catch her name). She was absolutely amazing! Every time I’ve come in and she’s been there, she’s been so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She always provides excellent customer service and makes every visit a great experience. Employees like her are the reason customers keep coming back. Thank you for always going above and beyond!“

“Stopped in while it was pretty busy but the service was still quick. Burger tasted fresh and the fries came out nice and hot. Portions are honestly pretty big, especially the fries I couldnt even finish them all. Employees were friendly and the tables looked clean. Its a little expensive but overall a good spot and id come back.“

“I brought a child just for a Coke and we played the video games together. Jonathan is a familiar face who works at this place. He has ALWAYS been so kind to me. Treats me like a friend. I know it doesn't have a playground, but for me, this McDonald's is WONDERFUL! Keep up the great work!“

“The burgers here are genuinely great — that’s the only reason I keep coming back, and it helps that I live close by.
What consistently brings the experience down is the customer service. The staff often seem quite unhappy, and the woman who appears to be the manager is visibly annoyed even when simply taking orders at the counter. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere that I know would keep people from going out of their way to come back.
For families, just know that once you add drinks and sides, the total gets pretty high. I’ve also noticed the fry portions getting smaller over time, which makes the value feel off for the price.
I’m sharing this because the burgers are delicious, and with better service and more consistent portions, this place could be an easy favorite.“
