“I had not been to Dairy Queen in years. I must say a welcome surprise. The menu offered new and different food choices. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak sandwich and it was fantastic. The service at the Red Oak location off Orvilla Rd and 35 access rd was fantastic. We were with treated with good southern hospitality. Tracie the manager made us feel welcomed and brought our food to us at the table. Just plain good customer service. Very rare for a fast food place. We dined in and will definitely go back. Thank you!“

“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

“So I do have a McDonald's literally 1 minute away from my house but I choose to go to this one which is about 4 to 5 minutes away because they have always gave exceptional customer service and the food is always as fresh as it could be including the fries so I really give them props for this the only thing I will say is that traffic control could be better there is two lines also I will say that the drinks also need a little bit more attention usually some of the soft drinks are missing syrup and we're just drinking carbonation but I will say I definitely appreciate them answering their phone not too many McDonald's or any answer the phone so I was very appreciative of that today when I called to complain about the drinks I was told I could go back for another but I was already too far so if they could just fix that I would give this five stars all across the board“

I do not have time to go behind anyone and verify that they are providing me what I asked for.If you cannot give me what I ask for, tell me. Communicate that to me. I do not mind going elsewhere.Giving me what you want to give me rather than what I have asked for is a sign of entitlement. I am not one to complain, but seeing how it can be bettered.
