“did an "online only order" to get the advertised price for the food (B.S... at best). You "order ahead" and give them a "pickup time", so it's not that they should not have it ready for you, especially due to the inconvenience of that blasted On-Line stuff. I had to wait an additional 15minutes past my pick up time, and I showed up 5 minutes early ; thus I sat there for 20 minutes and they did not appear that busy. Maybe the Management is understaffing ?“
“very good service, the girl in the Christmas costume treated me very well and they made my #23 with the ingredients that I had requested, the coffee was very good as always, the lobby was very clean, the employees sounded like they worked in a atmosphere of harmony in the kitchen while they prepared endless orders everything was excellent, I think anyone would like to be part of this team“
“I love their summer menus. The strawberry salad is my favorite. The lemonade drinks are awesome. Sometimes we drive down there just to get the lemonades. Only one issue is sometimes it's hard to place the order. The cashier sometimes struggles but ultimately we get it right. Great place to eat.Parking: Easy parking, easy drive-thru.“
“Customer service was definitely not helpful I was the only customer with five workers around me and after about five minutes I had to ask to be served the atmosphere was not good with all but one of the workers sitting at one table doing nothing but talking along with the evening managerAfter the workers were sitting for awhile one worker did not replace his gloves but served a customer fries when the order was given at the front counter as you can see all the worker’s cups were left on the table in front of the front counter“

“Where do I start with this fine establishment. Clean dining area. Clean kitchen. Staff is phenomenal. Had a bacon cheesburger and curly fries. Burger was fantastic. Tons of bacon. Nice thick patty. Good flavor. Fry’s are done to perfection. I mean it’s honestly a super good burger joint. 10/10 highly recommend.“
