“Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

“Promised to come back for another meal since the first visit ended in being disappointed due to limpy fries and a dry burger. So 2nd visit was guarded. Ordering here is a pain. Everyone wants something different so it slows the ordering process to a snail crawl. Ordered a Monster Burger. Dry. Fries are not crisp at all, they are as limp as before. What's with limp fries? Meat is tasteless. The need to go to Culver's to compare what a burger should taste like. My wife had a Hotdogs. It was very good but again limp fries. On a scale of 5 and 5 bring superb..we would rate our meal as a 2 and it's our last visit. I will stick with Culver's and Boots Burgers for burgers.“

“Went to griffs to night 4/29/2022 and it was the dank s**** Hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had and i had the mushroom madness burger. “Great beer and fantastic fries. Fries were super crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
The beer menu is very good and has a nice variety for everyone.
Everyone really enjoyed the queso fondito!
The taco entrees were good but a bit pricey.
The quail taco was good and unique. I get that quail can be expensive for the amount of food you get.
I personally wasn’t a fan of the short rib/brussel sprout taco.
My wife’s taco bowl left something to be desired as far as portion and flavor. It was not bad, just not a $15+ plate of food.
We will be back for beer and apps!“

“I had my first Culver’s burger yesterday, and whooooly moly!! I feel like I’ve been lied to my entire life about what a good burger tastes like!
I had the fried pickle pub burger and fries.
First - I have never had a burger that was so hot!
Second - how the hell is it so juicy that it’s dripping, and still piping hot?!
Voodoo is the only logical answer.
I got a pint of custard to go because I was so full I couldn’t breathe, but the burger was so good I couldn’t make myself stop eating it. Oreo Cheesecake custard is A+++.

“The costomer service is amazing! I was just up there. I just got off of work and I felt miserable. The lady that rung me up was so sweet and so kind, I think she had piercings on the side of her lips and braids. She was very engaging and personable. She made my long long long day at work feel like it just disappeared. I hope she gets recognition for this too.“

“Went here for the first time today. Will be back and will be asking to sit in section. Food was good, definitely get wings. Atmosphere was good as well. We were seated quickly and was amazing. She was attentive despite the chaos with the game. She also did something that has become a lost art in the food service lately, she checked on me after I received my meal. I've got to say that this will not be my last time dinning there. Sit in section folks, you won't regret it!“

“Had one of the best meals I’ve had at Shake Shack, and Brian made the whole experience even better. This guy was everywhere. He was checking on our table, checking on other tables, making sure everyone had what they needed, cleaning up, and still somehow finding time to talk to people and make them feel welcome.
What really stood out was that he wasn’t just checking on people because it was his job. He genuinely seemed to care if everyone was having a good experience. Every time he walked by, he was looking around to see if someone needed something. I’m pretty sure if someone across the restaurant even thought about needing a refill, Brian already knew.
The food was great, but service like that is what makes you want to come back. Brian definitely deserves some recognition. Give this man a raise… or at least a lifetime supply of ShackBurgers.“

“We enjoyed the atmosphere. The inside is quite cute. We wondered if this was the same Country Burger that used to be at the same intersection but it was on the southwest section about midway down. We were sad to find out that it wasn’t the same. BUT the cheese burger was very good. The fries were a disappointment in flavor and amount given, which is why I gave it a 4. We didn’t try anything else, however a definite 4 for the burger.“

“Hands down one of the best mouth watering mushroom burgers with a large serving of fresh cut sweet potato fries I have EVER had. We spent $35 on two combos and it was well worth it honestly. The host/cashier was very friendly and sociable- he took great care of us. The restroom was clean. I'm suprised we didn't have to wait for a seat. Place could use a revamp but the food was so good I didn't care. Really wish we had a Burger Island back home. I reccomend you go check them out!“

“We had such a fun night at music bingo, made even better by the incredible service from Jay, the manager, and Kyle, our server. Jay made sure everything ran smoothly and checked in with guests throughout the evening, showing true dedication to customer care. Kyle was friendly, attentive, and kept the energy upbeat while making sure we had everything we needed. “I like coming here with my nephew, the picky eater. They have descent shakes. The drive thru helps if you are not trying to go inside and order. They are pretty quick. I don't think they've ever messed up my order either (knock on wood). I can get my nephew a hot dog, a corn dog or a burger. It's nice to have that option. The buns are covered in poppy seeds, which might cause a false positive on a test. That last tid bit is just from personal experience. P.S
Don't forget to order your tator tots with chilli and cheese.“
