Drove thru on 7/10 some time after 11 am. The lady taking my order was thorough and polite. Qualities much lacking at most places today. I pulled up to the window and paid my dues. I told her she was doing a great job and high thanks. Our order was hot, fresh, and accurate. Almost every time I go to a Whataburger something is wrong and there are NEVER napkins. Shaniqua at the Sunnyvale location provides excellent service and is so personable that it made our fast food experience legitimately memorable. My only complaint is that she set the bar too high for other locations to meet. If she is not already in management, please promote her and move her to Seagoville. They could benefit from her example and guidance.

Whataburger is a burger joint with a reputation for friendly staff, but slow service. While parking can be a challenge, especially at night, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Despite its renowned burgers, the chicken sandwich was a disappointing choice. Overall, Whataburger's performance is inconsistent, with food often not coming out hot and long wait times.
