Disappointing Morning at WhataburgerWhataburger has always been my go-to spot for a satisfying breakfast, but my recent visit left me feeling underwhelmed. Despite the relatively light crowd, the drive-through wait time was unreasonably long, leaving me frustrated and hungry. What added to the frustration was the lack of communication from the staff about the delay. While waiting, I couldn't help but notice several employees standing around, seemingly idle and unaware of the growing line of cars. This lack of efficiency and communication significantly detracted from what would have otherwise been a pleasant dining experience. Whataburger's breakfast menu may be tempting, but until they address their service issues during slower periods, I may have to reconsider my breakfast options in the future.

This whataburger is ghetto and tacky instead of just closing lane B they have both lanes open and expect for lane B customers to cut off lane A customers to get over so they can ring us out at the window that's dangerous and let someone get mad bc they got cut y'all need to come up with a better system and not catch attitudes when people are trying to get a clear understanding of what's going on someone needs to fix this ASAP !!!

If it was the first time I'd ever been to Whataburger I wouldn't have ever gone back. A little mustard goes a long way and there was a LOT. The burger was tough and tasted old. It was the worst I've ever had.

Went to Whataburger in Mesquite, Texas on 2/25/24 for takeout. The meal took forever to prepare as half of the staff was out in the parking lot looking at someone's new car. When I arrived at home the meal was not what I ordered and it was stale and cold. I called Whataburger of Mesquite and received an "I'm sorry and we will investigate" reply. I then called Whataburger Corporate in San Antonio who said that they would check on it and get back to me. That was two weeks ago and no response. Looks like their philosophy is to pretend to care and advertise a lot. I'm done with them.

Very clean restaurant. Food was fresh and hot. Food at this location was actually hot enough to melt the cheese. Seating area was very clean. Help was very polite and spoke well English. Understood English as well (rare thing in texas)..... Food was correct order. Parking and access to restaurant was very easy. On and off highway very convenient. I would recommend this whataburger for a meal.

Don't eat at Whataburger alot. First time and last time at this location. My sandwhich was made horribly. Paid to upgrade to large onion rings only had 4 in the box and my Sprite didn't taste like Sprite...it was mostly seltzer water...

I absolutely love whataburger... but this was the worst experience I have ever had... We were shorted a burger from the drive thru. I pulled around and went in to get it. The empty called me a liar and tells the manager to check my car... And the manager actually checked my car... WTH... So when they didn't find the missing burger she finally got it for me... No apology or anything...

I just want to give Mrs. May at ordering (dine-in) a shout out! She’s was super sweet and kind when, during and after enjoying a meal at this Sunnyvale location Whataburger. More fast food/restaurants need caring ,wanting to work people like her! Come on Whataburger owners go on and compensate her - you’ll be blessed in multiples.
