I don't like what cooperate has done with the menu. Like why take the bacon cheddar wedges off? Those were the main reason I stop at jack. I had no problem really with service other than it taking awhile in the drive thru.
Brianna was Rude with me ,about my order, I order a Jumbo Jack sandwich. I asked the young man, that just clocked In ,for the day. He came to the Register, to take my order, He was a very polite young man to me. Brianna was moping floor with a dirty look attitude, as we walked into Restaurant, Because we walked on her wet floors..Floor took Forever to dry, very Wet.. It’s just what one would expect from a quick gas station and jack in the box restaurant combo. It’s decently clean, customer service rarely comes with a kind word or smile these days so don’t expect anything different here. But I don’t usually stop here but since it’s the only place that sells my boyfriend’s preferred beer close by.
