Had my food delivered to my car by an employee named Josefina. She greeted me with a very kind tone and made sure my order was correct and brought just the right amount of napkins and ketchup. It's rare to come across someone who makes such a simple interaction feel so welcoming. Five stars.
This place continuously struggles to keep pace with its orders. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or what but it's pretty frustrating to wait almost 20 minutes for an order you placed.
They have really upgraded the front counter staff here lately. A lot more friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!
