“I move quite often and travel alot, and starting over in a new city can be overwhelming and lonesome.
However, no matter which Starbucks Ive walked through, from the Middle East to the Caribbean, it feels familiar--a safe space and assurance that everything will be ok. I will say that at this particular Starbucks, I have felt like Im at home. Every barista Ive interacted with is quick to instantly make me feel seen and easy to share a laugh with. I have all the best equipment to make a really good coffee at home-its definitely cheaper for me to do so. Honestly, the only reason I keep walking through that door are the partners at this location. From the first day I walked in two months ago their hospitality has been a blessing in my life and a reassurance I did the right thing in relocating to this area from 1200 miles away. Whatever is their source of collective joy, I wish could be packaged and given. Keep up the amazing work you do and know it makes a difference!“

“Best McDonald’s hands down! Food tastes great and the employees were above and beyond what I’ve seen at several different McDonald’s!

The staff came thru and asked if we needed anything else which I’ve NEVER seen them do at any McDonald’s. I will continue driving the 40 miles to go to this place but do take light jacket just in case bc the restaurant and play place was extremely cold!! Highly recommended“

Every single person you interact with serves you with a smile, the coffee is made with care and consistency, and they even go above and beyond to have a conversation with at the window if the wait is a little long. Next time you need a caffeine fix, come here!“

“Decided to try the coffee at Scooter's and was NOT disappointed. Hubby had Peanut Butter Blender. He really enjoyed and the Chi Tea Latte was perfect. Egg Bites with spinach were the best, we've ever had at a restaurant and the burrito 🌯 was exceptional especially with the picante sauce added. We'll be back. Gonna downtown the app for specials.“

“Coffee and a little goat farm!
IMPORTANT: A membership is required to do anything here (including 'just buy a coffee'). A little reading, a signature, and a one time fee of $10 for singles, $15 for couples, & $20 for families, and you're all set (as of 5/23/2026). If you have ever done business with folks that sell unpasturized products, this is pretty standard.

Opened sometime in 2024, the atmosphere is country-cozy and just what you'd expect and need outside of the hustle and bustle of ever-growing Forney. The staff is kind, and patient (they had to explain the membership thing to us, then about 10 other people after us). I had my usual 8oz, 3 shot espresso, 1 pump vanilla, breve latte that I get everywhere that serves fancy coffee, and they did it right the first time (unlike SB, which always forgets the vanilla)! My wife got a cortada in a fun little espresso cup. I always get flavors in my coffee, so I can't say too much about the roast except that is did not seem to be as bitter/harsh as SB. I also got 2 kolashies, they were tasty but could've been warmer.

Goat farm! Bring quarters so you can feed the goats! The goats are cute and eager to eat whatever treats are in the feed. There are adults and kids to feed, and they don't get too aggressive. I think you can also go into the pen with the goats, but it is muddy (clay), so bring an extra pair of shoes for that as I did not see a way to wash off shoes. You can also sit outside under the shade near them. Very cool experience, definitly will return.

“What a nice and warming welcoming by Star at the coffee shop inside the Old Queen in Ferris. I enjoyed a freshly brewed cup of tasty decafe coffee. Also received a 10% coupon off for the local Bakery at Jose's. If you purchase bakery goods, you also receive 10% off your next coffee item at the coffe shop. Isn't that wonderful. It has been a lovely morning, with nothing but lovely people. I sure will be back. you should try it out.“

As soon as I walked in everyone greeted me and I was helped by Maxxy and from the moment I walked up she was so nice and helpful it rlly felt genuine and not just the normal customer service script you get wherever you go she was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable(get a blonde vanilla latte with 2 pumps of white mocha...you won't regret it lol its her recommendation) that kind of energy is so rare nowadays you could rlly tell she cares about her job and most importantly the customer lol she was just rlly sweet yk if she's working you're in good hands“

“Didn’t get their name but the cashier with colored hair and glasses really turned my experience around with the kindness they showed. I ordered on DoorDash and the drink order came out weird because of how it had me order it on the app. Not only was my drink remade, the cashier could tell I was annoyed so made sure I liked it before driving off with the new one. I appreciated that!“
