“Wild stumbling my way into town on a side quest I found myself in this chic and cozy ambiance of this Japanese inspire space. Tucked away in the middle of a couple buildings in a plaza in Lancaster; the people there were very sweet, the coffee was aromatic and wonderful while the toast has a nice warmth to the experience.“

“I love this place. First of all I don't get drinks from Starbucks anymore because no matter what I get and where I get it Starbucks coffee (iced or hot) tastes burnt to me. It's like drinking raw coffee grounds. The coffee offerings at Dutch Brothers have never tasted 'burnt' to me. I love this location so much, Cammy, Slowmi and everyone else I can't think of right now (sorry if I butchered the spelling ladies <3) are always making me laugh and have an amazing vibe. I wish management would give people more hours or hire more barristas because even though everyone at this location is super friendly and personable I can tell the constant line of customers is wearing on them. Mgmt: give them more hours, hire more help or something to help the employees out please, Staff: Keep up that punk rock trash panda energy <3“

“I accidentally ordered my drink to the wrong Starbucks and didn’t realize it until I got there. The staff was seriously so kind about it and made my drink anyway without giving me a hard time or making me feel dumb. That kind of customer service is rare now honestly. Everyone was super friendly, patient, and just genuinely nice. Definitely turned my stressful moment around. Thank y’all again so much“
