This 5 stars is to Tay. She is so professional and I love how she convinces me to try something different from what I usually or always order lol...However, so far what she has recommended I love it and have reordered. Keep up the great work Tay!!
I had a really wonderful experience last week in this Starbucks. I wasn't sure what I wanted and was approached by Janelle. I told her I prefer tea over coffee. she suggested a London Fogg and it was perfect. it was nice to find a new way to enjoy an old favorite. I appreciate her willingness to help me. I will come back to this store. 08/27/26
As A SERIOUS COFFEE Connoisseur one way to get YOUR DAY ruined is to serve me my coffee with the lid unsecured! Coffee all over my hands my clothes and my leather seats!!!! First off you dont give ANY NAPKINS with food and the drink.... and he kept trying to hand the coffee back to me leaking until he saw my face transforming!!!!!!
