I usually stop here when heading to Austin. Shantell (not sure of the spelling) is fantastic! She has been behind the bar a couple of times when I stop and is always courteous, professional and friendly. I wish they all had he willingness to work and seemingly be happy at what they do.
I think the problem here is more with the lack of civility of the patrons than any issues with the staff. That being said here are my issues during the morning rush:There's not enough parking in front of the store and the drive-thru line is so long that it wraps around the building and backs out onto the feeder road of the interstate. If there are 20 cars in line, waiting at the drive-thru, then perhaps some of the patrons should order online, park in the massive parking lot next...read full review

Not fond of the wrap around lot once its busy and if they stayed open later it would be great but they dont. Aside from that I haven't had any issues. My drinks have always been great as well as service.
