“Drizl Coffee is a beautiful local coffee shop with great coffee.

I first heard about Drizl Coffee a couple of years ago but never made my way in until recently when I was searching for a unique venue to host my daughter's Naming Ceremony. Nora, the owner, was so easy to work with and accommodating. She provided my party with its own barista and allowed me to come in early to setup. Madison, the barista, was so attentively watched for my guest to arrive so she could attend to them. My event couldn't have run as smoothly as it did without Nora's generosity.

We had a short menu which included some of the signature drinks: caramel de leche, biscoff latte, biscoff matcha, and krunchoco. They were all delicious with caramel de Leche being my favorite.

Thank you Nora and Madison for helping us celebrate my daughter.

“Awesome addition to downtown Rowlett. excellent pastries (huge variety) and breads. Fabulous coffee with house made syrups. They offer some unique coffee creations. I've enjoyed the Hot Turkish Coffee with cardamom syrup, the Mexican coffee with cinnamon and the iced horchata coffee. Great local vibe. Limited indoor seating but plentiful outdoor seating so I look forward to enjoying more coffee al fresco now that spring is here. Don't leave without a loaf of their sourdough bread. I ate a whole loaf by myself in a week. So delicious!“

“What A Great space! First time at this location and I really loved how open and inviting it is. There’s live and fake plants across the restaurant so it feels very inviting and calm. There is always something happening, from new activities to even a comedy club, and she continues to support so many local nonprofits. My granddaughter and I love spending time there, and our nonprofit hosts a Create Your World meet up there about once every six months. Thank you for all you do for the community. The new mural is pretty awesome too.“

“Decided to try the coffee at Scooter's and was NOT disappointed. Hubby had Peanut Butter Blender. He really enjoyed and the Chi Tea Latte was perfect. “I’m a little split on my review but not because of the quality of the coffee. I’m really not a fan of the hours of operation. They close so early that during the week it’s really only for those who don’t work, work from home or go to school. It’s an add choice given that the downtown square starts to get more lively after 5pm. I typically want to take my kids after school and just hang out a bit but during some seasons they close at 5pm even. As much as I enjoy the coffee shop, we started hanging out at Frida down the street. My suggestion is that they should stay open later on days that the square gets more traffic. At least till 7pm.“

​This boba shop is an absolute gem! The decor inside is absolutely lovely, making it a super cute spot to hang out. But what completely won me over was their display of rubber duckies in accessories —they give you a surprise little squeaky ducky with every single drink purchase! It is such a fun, unique touch.
​On top of the awesome atmosphere, the staff was incredibly courteous, friendly, and worked incredibly fast to get our drinks ready. I can't say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!“

“What can I say about Starbucks that everybody doesn't already know? They've got some of the best coffee you can get your hands on. Their service? They rarely have an off-time when the service is not excellent. Their stores are always clean, and their condiments are usually meticulously stocked. On this particular trip, I went very early in the morning, picking up a caramel macchiato with an extra shot for me and a friend; even so, there were people going in minute by minute. They are always busy but always efficient and friendly.“
