Waited in drive thru 25 min ordered a caramel macchiato, a white chocolate hot chocolate I also got a bagel with cream cheese and realized after I drove away there was no knife to spread my cream cheese and we got a mocha and the macchiato was cold. I spent $25 & will not return to this one

Employees are amazing and the manager is superb, making this Starbucks the best experience. The Broadway Garland location is the worst, but the Laguna Dr and 205 Rockwall locations are the very best, and all stay friendly. It is cozy and quiet, a good place to chill after work. An employee gave a sample of a drink that is oat milk, praline and cold foam, which was absolutely delicious. Lattes are perfect and the staff’s smile is truly irresistible. The place is recommended for anyone looking for a calm spot to relax, and it stays friendly and welcoming.
