“When I say these are real, authentic, handmade bagels, I am not kidding. They are hands down the best bagels I’ve ever had, and trust me—I’ve tried a lot of places, especially around Dallas (not naming any names 😉). They’re fresh, flavorful, and exactly what a true bagel should be. The cream cheese is fresh and delicious, and now that they’re making sandwiches too, it just keeps getting better. They also recently had a beautiful mural painted inside by a local artist, and it’s absolutely a must-see when you visit. If you’ve never had a real, fresh bagel before, you need to try the Bagel Lady. And even if you have—you still need to go. “What can I say about Starbucks that everybody doesn't already know? They've got some of the best coffee you can get your hands on. Their service? They rarely have an off-time when the service is not excellent. Their stores are always clean, and their condiments are usually meticulously stocked. On this particular trip, I went very early in the morning, picking up a caramel macchiato with an extra shot for me and a friend; even so, there were people going in minute by minute. They are always busy but always efficient and friendly.“
