I've seen people bring in their dogs to grab and go, and love that they are dog-friendly. They also have great gluten free options, which I'm very excited about! “Saturday morning here and it was filled with friendly people. Happy customers left and right and infectious smiles from all staff members. We started our day with a delicious red velvet waffle, paris crepe, and steak and cheese crepe. The red velvet waffle was as decadent as it sounds. The texture of the waffle was perfect, the ice cream was a perfect addition to the waffle, and the tartness of the strawberries made it a 5/5. The steak and cheese crepe was a home run with the pickled onions and house sauce. If you are a dark chocolate fan then you have to try to the Paris crepe as well. The owner is extremely friendly and the staff were truly so kind. I would recommend to anyone who wants a delicious brunch or sweet treat. We have also had many coffee selections and all are top notch. “I recommend, really good. I ordered 8 glazed gluten free donuts today. Mimi (the owner) helped me. I told her I was allergic to gluten, and she said they have a dedicated fryer for all their gluten free donuts. And the glazed icing was gluten free and no contamination. She also said to tell her if you have a gluten allergy and she will be able to get you more (different) icings like cherry and maple, etc…. The donuts were really good, but expensive. I ordered 8 total donuts and it was $34.55. But whatever, inflation is here. I will go back!! The GF donuts were thinner and not as puffy as gluten donuts (that I remember from 20 years ago before I went gluten free) but it was a treat. I could have eaten all 8 but I restrained myself. “DRINKS Matcha Creme Brulee - lowkey this drink reminds me of Highland Coffee Tra Xanh Freeze in Vietnam. The drink is a lot more like green tea than it is matcha. It's a slushie with nice, fine ice texture. Not super sweet considering if is creme brulee but I like it not as sweet. VIBES Pretty cute vibes overall. I came on a Monday around 3 PM and it wasn't too crowded. One of the walls are painted a nice dark green color and there's lots of plants throughout that give it a nice earthy feel. Ample lighting from the window and some overhead lighting as well. A couple tables and chairs as well as couches to sit at. SERVICE Service is good overall! Staff is very nice and helpful when it came to giving recommendations.“

“The banh mi here isn’t exactly authentic, but they do hit all the right notes. The bread isn’t a fine Vietnamese baguette, but it is lightly crispy on the outside with a soft, fluffy crumb and good flavor. We tried the grilled pork and the brisket (it is Texas after all) and the salty seasoned meat paired well with the cilantro, pickled carrots, and cucumber. The carrots are lightly pickled - still lightly crunchy, but lends the sandwich additional flavor without being too sour. The vermicelli bun bowl was packed full and served hot. It was also flavorful and delicious, but we recommend mixing the fish sauce in a little at a time because putting all of it in was a little too much for our taste. Even so, we devoured the whole bowl.The restaurant is VERY kid friendly with a toddler play area indoors and a small slide set up in their outdoor eating area.Parking: Parking is under a gas station cover - there are no gas pumps anymore - just park as if you are getting gas!“
