We stopped by on our way through town on a road trip and OMG. It is SO GOOD. We asked for our lattes half sweet and they came out perfectly. The staff was very friendly as well and it's in a cute food truck park so I got to let our dog out and walk a little bit! I got the snickerdoodle latte iced with oat milk and absolutely loved it. Love stopping by my local coffee vendor on the weekends. Rollin' Beans has been set up in the Fate food truck haul in downtown Fate for the Pat couple of years. We love trying the seasonal coffee flavors - especially the pumpkin pie iced latte and the pecan pie iced latte! Their croissants, muffins and ham & cheese sandwiches are also an added treat.
