Ordered the brisket & ham for Christmas and everyone that ate was completely blown away and satisfied with the BBQ! Great Job Smoak Town you made my Christmas Dinner a Hit!
Pork belly burnt ends, were so good. The glaze was a little sweet and a little heat. Brisket is moist and flavorful. Must try the Jale berry! We will be back for more.
First time for the BBQ - YUMMY! Love the beans - should have gotten a larger size!
