“Save your money, this is the worst tasting barbeque I have ever experienced. Two people dinner and drinks 42.00. Their barbeque is tasteless. stick to your locals, they know how to do BBQ right. Never again will I spend a dime in a chain restaurant. To make matters worse, the employees were like robots, cold and unfriendly until you got to the cashier who was delighted to take your money. This review is for the newly established restaurant in Mabank, Tx. They wont last.“

“Me and my husband decided to try this place out. I wasn’t really in the mood for BBQ and we’re pretty TX when it comes to being picky on our brisket. So glad we came. The food was amazing!! Homemade everything and a good size portion for the price. Well done 👏“

“Food truck bbq, which is often amazing so I have no problem with it. The owner/chef was super friendly, we all ordered, told him I had never been, he was handing me big cuts of meat to try while preparing my meal…that’s a man who is excited about what he’s cooked! Meat was not heavily smoked thank goodness, wasn’t overly spiced with an overpowering rub, appropriate smoke, accentuating the meat flavor, it was all tender, moist and tasty. Potato salad was scrumptious, the meats were all good, but oddly, the sausage was insanely good. I will be back, brisket done well, moist, good fat, flavor, I have no complaints. And again, owner was a really entertaining and engaging man. Thanks for the experience, I hope you are successful and I hope you don’t change a thing. I’m a fan.“

“We have been coming here since shortly after the opened. The food has always been very great! We have never had anything from here we haven't enjoyed. The pork belly burnt ends have been time and time again one of our favorites to share as an appetizer! The brisket egg rolls are packed with brisket, and so crunchy!“

“First time visit the day after Christmas- LOVED it! Chopped beef sandwich full of lean meat with no fatty fillers. Side of beans topped off with a squirt of BBQ sauce rounded out the yummy meal. Definitely worth the 2 hour drive! Highly recommend for your BBQ craving.“

“The system was down, but Caneisha, the manager made it work for us to place an order bc we had to eatthe Dino Beef Rib. Best service ever! Thank you! The rib meat fell off the bones. Well seasoned and smoked to perfection. Highly recommend to try this place! And kudos again to the staff here.“

“The wife and I tried there brisket and ribs this evening and it was really good and I definently recommend you try them if you enjoy delicious smoked food and grab a fried pie while your there. No more soulmans for us because Baker's is definently not stingy with there meat . priced better and tastier food . Staff was extremely friendly as well.“
