Food was okay. If our other BBQ place is closed this is a good second choice. Staff not real friendly though on the day we went. Drive through situation at this location is terrible though. Just park and go in to pick up.

Just want to give a shout out to SHAN she was amazing customer service so friendly and bubbly definitely got that TEXAS CHARM she needs a raise I don't think I ever seen someone be that happy at work haha

True Texas BBQ offers decent barbecue that works as a second choice when other BBQ places are closed. The menu is concise and straight forward, with items like the $5 pulled pork sandwich, quarter slab of ribs, and Dino Beef Rib. The Dino Beef Rib fell off the bones, well seasoned and smoked to perfection. Service is good, and orders can be placed from the kiosk. The soda selections are really good, and the tea selection is great. Staff friendliness varies, though one staff member brought amazing customer service with that TEXAS CHARM. The drive through situation is terrible, so park and go in. Prices are kinda high, and some found the ribs tough like beef Jerky. Overall, it was mid.
