“It was our first time to visit. Upon entrance, you receive a warm welcome & a quick offer to help you when you're ready. We ordered a 1/2 pound of ribs, 1/2 pound of brisket, 1/4 pound of sausage, mac & cheese, coleslaw, & a kool-aid to drink.

Let me tell you, everything we tasted was really good. The brisket was one of the best I've ever tasted! It was tender & full of flavor. The ribs were also tender and covered in a nice sauce. The coleslaw was unique but tasteful & the mac & cheese paired well with the barbecue. The kool-aid had just the right flavor and sugar.

Great food with reasonable prices......this is a nice gem for Garland and certainly a place we will visit frequently. ⭐“

“For the most part, these guys do a good job. It’s a pretty awesome experience to stand in line and bathe in that pecan smoke that Bellows out of that tiny little building. I wish they would take cards as a form of payment. It is very inconvenient, as a lot of people don’t readily carry cash. So it’s a true
effort to go and support them.“

The crispy golden outside and warm, melty cheese inside made them nothing short of awesome! Especially when paired with their dipping sauce. 🧀 Next I tried their cachapa & it was amazing! The sweet corn flavor and soft, golden texture made it simple & delicious. They are filled with melty cheese, then they become the perfect balance of sweet and savory. 🌽 Lastly, I tried their plantains! Oh my goodness! Plantains are such a delicious treat! They were perfectly cooked: golden on the outside, tender on the inside, and naturally sweet. They made for a simple, comforting, and satisfying side dish! 🍌 Would I go back? Absolutely, yes! 💯“

“This is the 3rd Chinese BBQ skewer type restaurant we have been to since moving to Dallas. We liked this one the best. It had a wider variety of menu options and the spice levels were not overpowering. It is also open very late, which makes it a great spot for late night eats and group outings. “As a Texan native, I've eaten many, many, types of BBQ. Some good, some great, some average, and some horrible. Bold BBQ was good. I had the sliced brisket sandwich with fried okra. My wife had the special grilled cheese with brisket and onions. My daughter had the cheese quesadilla and Mac n cheese. The brisket sandwich was good, I found the signature BBQ sauce a bit lacking in flavor, but it was a decent sauce. The brisket was tender and didn't have much grissel. I loved the fried okra. It was so crispy and delicious. Easily one of my favorite foods. My wife enjoyed her grilled cheese and my daughter her quesadilla and Mac n cheese.
All in all, it was a fine dinner and the live music was very enjoyable.“

Absolutely hands down the best food I’ve eaten in Texas so far! I’m already planning to spend my birthdays here for years to come if all goes to plan. The staff are exceptionally kind, the cooks nailed the meat perfectly … especially the moist tenderloin. 😋🤤 Out of this world! Their hot BBQ sauce is worth every penny if you can grab the big bottle.

We came on a Sunday after church and still found plenty of seating, even a party room in the back. As a carpenter, I appreciated the gorgeous handmade tables… solid wood, 🪵 sturdy, and beautifully finished. The atmosphere was welcoming for my big family, and the staff at the register even let me sample meats before ordering. Once I tried the ham 🐷🐖🐽 and then the moist tenderloin (like filet mignon! 🥩), I was sold.

Better than Hardee’s, twice the food for half the price,💲 and no long lines. Nearly as spacious as Buc-ee’s, with plenty of room to enjoy. Truly heaven sent food… 🥩🍗

“Friendship BBQ really hit the spot with their skewer selection. There are so many options to choose from and everything was seasoned perfectly. The clams and oysters were also a major highlight since they tasted super fresh and flavorful. I also have to give a shoutout to the fried rice because it was the perfect side to tie the whole meal together. Definitely a solid spot if you're looking for a great variety of skewers and some really well-done seafood.“

I asked for a table for one, and there was a few minute wait which I didn’t mind since they probably had to set the table up first. The server (I didn’t get their name) was great, really kind and attentive, changed my grill before it was even that bad, and just a really nice person. The meats were amazing, they had a good variety of banchan, and I don’t know if the dressing in the salad is something a lot of other places also use, but it was extra good here. It wasn’t too dark inside like how some places are for “mood lighting”, but it wasn’t too bright either where it’s like you’re in an interrogation room, it was just right really. And whoever was on aux today deserves a raise cause they had bangers from American pop to k-pop and even j-pop. 10/10 would recommend and probably come back again after a long shift :)“

“One of the best place to go to for the best hand cut Zabiha halal menu.
Went in there with the whole fam and some guests. Had a great time services is way better than what I expected.
And the food absolutely phenomenal we got the brisket burger, the brisket, lamb shank rice, Philly cheesesteak, and some mac n cheese
Everything was great in portion and taste.
Overall this was one of my best food and dining experience.
Would recommend anyone to go and check it out.
