Few times we ordered a whole roasted pig. Came out very good. Great texture, even coloration and crispy. The owner cut the whole roasted and put them together carefully that at the end, all the pieces are back together again. Great job. The place itself is clean and just like any typical Asian general store. It sells all kind of spices as well as stuff you needed for praying.
Very good Chinese BBQ in the Dallas area. The roast pork was juicy and the skin was crunchy. Prices are reasonable considering how much some places have raised theirs. As a heads up, don’t be shy about making sure what you order is what actually gets placed in the to-go box.
