I am a regular attendant at starbucks all over and none of them ever disappoint but this one goes above and beyond EVERY time i’m there. It’s nice to see such great customer service not once but with every interaction , keep up the great work!!
Probably just growing pains because this is a new location. Went through the drive through. The order of the woman in front of me was clearly messed up. The server tried to hand her several drinks and she refused them (no idea what was wrong). Fixing her order took about 5 minutes. The server then gave me one of the drinks she refused and quoted my order of an “iced coffee with half and half and no classic” back to me (correctly) as he handed it over. Today, I popped in this location for the first time. I was immediately greeted with positive energy. Kendall and Lillian served me with smiles. I ordered a green peach tea lemonade ? it was very refreshing. This location is a really nice size. The atmosphere in here makes you wanna hang out and talk over tea. The music is a vibe also. This may be my new go to location. ?
