Whataburger is a popular location that offers great food, but has some issues with customer service and wait times. On multiple occasions, customers have experienced long delays in receiving their orders, even when they were asked to wait. The drive-thru can be slow, and the staff may not always prioritize curbside pick-up orders. While the atmosphere is not ideal, the food itself is great. The manager and staff members are often pleasant and friendly, with some reviews praising their kindness and excellent service. The restaurant is always clean, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. Customers enjoy the food, especially items like the shake, which is thick and satisfying, and the freshly fried fries with jalapeno ketchup. Many find the Combo number 2 to be the most exquisite and appreciate the staff's attention and kindness. Despite the slow service, the overall experience is positive, with a welcoming environment and good food.
