I made an order on Wed, 16 Nov 2022 at about 1:10 pm. I used the Drive Thru to order a 3 Piece Chicken with Fried Pickles. When I checked my order I was missing a Ranch Dressing for the Fried Pickles. I tapped on the window and asked tbe cashier If I could get a ranch dressing. She asked me 'Did I ask for one when I ordered". I said " No, I thought it was included when your order Fried Pickles". There was a lot of chicken already cooked and they had only been open a short time. I then saw there was a big pile of fries. I asked that I have some fresh fries. Nope. They just put some back into the grease for enough time to heat them up...they were so full of grease. The chicken was also cold, not even warm. Rude redhead at the window said I was not allowed to order my (1 tea) drink at the window. That she would sell me my tea this time. But not to do it again. I will go to GOLDEN CHIC from now on.
