I'll only speak on overnight crew but they are unprofessional and confirm a lot of negative stereotypes.On morning of 4/21/2024 I ordered an omelette and pancakes online. Online said it would be ready in 20mins. I got there at least 30 mins later and there was a lobby full of folks waiting at 3 in the morning. Do not come to this ihop past 11pm. Even though it’s says 24 hours, they will tell you they’re closed. It will sometimes even be a full staff. I live around the corner and I have came to this location multiple times, and have yet to get any service past 11pm. It is false advertisement and I just assume it’s because the staff is lazy. I’m currently here I don’t usually write reviews but it is 5:41pm we are in this location with only one more table. The entire staff that’s in here at the moment is in the kitchen eating and just talking. I can’t even see anyone to ask for the check you can just hear them talking. Go anywhere literally absolutely anywhere but don’t come here. I’ve been here a few times when I’m in the area and I regret it every time.
