In general I like to go to IHOP, but this one in particular is too slow in all aspects, the waiting time is exaggerated both to stay to eat and to order something to take away. No one answers your questions and all they say is that they are sorry and that you should wait 1 more minute.

I’m currently here I don’t usually write reviews but it is 5:41pm we are in this location with only one more table. The entire staff that’s in here at the moment is in the kitchen eating and just talking. I can’t even see anyone to ask for the check you can just hear them talking. Go anywhere literally absolutely anywhere but don’t come here. I’ve been here a few times when I’m in the area and I regret it every time.

I'll only speak on overnight crew but they are unprofessional and confirm a lot of negative stereotypes.On morning of 4/21/2024 I ordered an omelette and pancakes online. Online said it would be ready in 20mins. I got there at least 30 mins later and there was a lobby full of folks waiting at 3 in the morning. I was waiting for a while and finally walked to back and asked for status as they stopped coming to front to give updates. They hadn't even started on my order an hour in. The manager (short haired older lady) wasn't helping or doing anything useful. Wasn't leading or helping her staff. Clearly couldn't be bothered.They started on my order only after I said I'd been waiting an hr. When I finally got it, the omelette was runny and not fully cooked.I've ordered from here before and didn't have issues but they definitely need to replace the night crew.

Do not come to this ihop past 11pm. Even though it’s says 24 hours, they will tell you they’re closed. It will sometimes even be a full staff. I live around the corner and I have came to this location multiple times, and have yet to get any service past 11pm. It is false advertisement and I just assume it’s because the staff is lazy. They will look at you when you walk in, continue what they’re doing at the moment (like being on the phone, or talking to one another), then finally come acknowledge you just to tell you they’re closed. If I could put 0 stars I would. Definitely don’t recommend!!!

I'm having a hard time with this location. My daughter was trying to be nice and get breakfast for me from IHOP. She was there over an hr, almost 2 hrs for 4 items. Her receipt had the time of 10:42am, she paid and waited.... and waited..... and waited..... she left at 12:02. That's ridiculous. People who were sat at tables got their food before her and ordered more than 4 items.IHOP used to be the place to come to for good food. I understand being short staffed but that is no excuse for the service she received. Employees were not at their post. They were everywhere but assisting. Customer Service is lost here at this location. Attitudes were flared and inappropriate. It'll be a while before we return to this IHOP.

If you go after 10pm; Terrible manager, terrible staff, terrible host, terrible waiters and terrible cooks. Horrible attitudes extremely incompetent. Placed online order, still did not receive food 2 hrs later. Lobby full of pick-up orders and for dash ( They never got their orders) No apology no refund just horrible experience.

We waited 30 mins after being set down before we were even asking for drinks. We ordered our lunch at the same time as the drink order. We were crunched for time. Although there were 5 adults to order we had to wait another 30 minutes for our meal. Even when the meal was served items were missing and even the eggs on 2 plates were made wrong, and on another plate there were items that were actually cooked in the eggs. My man was so hungry that he picked the stuff out. Even after my man's mom had received her plate she noticed it was covered in oil, so much oil that she was dobbing it up with napkins, still the plate was covered with oil. Because there was so much oil on her plate it had made her sick to the point she had to run to the bathroom. We did express our concerns to the manager and he said he was going to give us a discount. When I looked at the receipt it was only $1.50 discount. I was very unhappy with our service, the food preparation, and the timely fashion we were waited on. A meal that would have taken 30 to 45 mins took almost 2 hours. We frequent IHOP regularly but unfortunately we will never go into this one again.

Was told there was a 20 minute wait, with servers not even busy and restaurant empty. Server didn’t know what came with combos. Food came out incorrectly and servers were reluctantly to help our servers when they failed to give us silverware. Seemed like no one wanted to work and had a bad attitude. Go to an ihop somewhere else, if you can.
