If you are wanting to eat at Chilli’s pass this one up. Drive to the next one. Plastic silverware. Food server throws the plate on the table where it spins. The greeters looked at us like we were a problem. Waitress was nice enough. I see why they have a 3.5 stars. Other customers vaping two tables over. Food server wipes her noise off on her wrist while carrying food. Had appetizers then left.
I'm really disappointed with the service and the appearance of my to-go order from Chili's. I opted for curbside pickup and waited for over 30 minutes after checking in. When I finally went inside to get my food, it was just sitting on the rack. When I gave the waiter my name, he casually mentioned that my food had been ready.
