I ordered an 8 piece buffalo wings with fries and lemon pepper with fries. I was given the lemon pepper, but not the buffalo. Went inside and informed them. Another server gave me 4 wings and fries.WRONG! Then, the original server came and said that I didn’t pay for it. I paid for the missing order,meanwhile the lemon pepper wings are getting cold.When she gives me the order, she just places it on the counter,no bag! Then she asks me what’s wrong! I told her that this is not how you do business. You put the food in a bag. Also, my other food had to wait! I called and was put on hold so I’m writing a review for the Lancaster Chili’s.Horrible service!!

The staffs sense of urgency is nonexistent! After speaking with their Manager Darrel about why he was able to come outside with his staff to pet a dog!!! But unable to bring out my curbside order? His only reply was I apologize which was also very condescending. You can't have any higher expectations from the staff if that's their management attitude towards customer service!!!! I will also take Darrel's advice and call corporate!

If you are wanting to eat at Chilli’s pass this one up. Drive to the next one. Plastic silverware. Food server throws the plate on the table where it spins. The greeters looked at us like we were a problem. Waitress was nice enough. I see why they have a 3.5 stars. Other customers vaping two tables over. Food server wipes her noise off on her wrist while carrying food. Had appetizers then left.

I'm really disappointed with the service and the appearance of my to-go order from Chili's. I opted for curbside pickup and waited for over 30 minutes after checking in. When I finally went inside to get my food, it was just sitting on the rack. When I gave the waiter my name, he casually mentioned that my food had been ready. I asked why no one brought it outside, and he just said they were busy. The restaurant was packed with people waiting for their curbside orders. Honestly, I feel like I should have asked for a refund because this food doesn't look appetizing at all. This is what I ordered and this is what I got.
