Honey was great and welcoming!
The customer service was great. The staff were friendly and attentive. Mya was very helpful and courteous. The atmosphere was cool, literally but we're in Texas in the summer, everywhere you go the ACs will be pumping. The fountain drinks were flat and needed to be changed out. The juices they offer were different. They had spices like cardamom and turmeric in them, and they use cane sugar in them. The smash fries were tasty...not your regular salted fries. Smashburger is a fantastic place with outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff, including Paige, provide excellent hospitality, making customers feel at home. The Bacon Double Smash burger is a must-try, juicy and tasty. The classic turkey burger is also recommended, although some have found the bacon too salty. Some reviews mention that the burgers can be too salty, and there are mixed feelings about the waffle sweet potato fries, which were noted as being cold.
While regular fries or tots are preferred over the basil-flavored smash tots, the hot and spicy fries received praise for being fantastic.
