Mini restaurants, including burger, establishments, could learn from Elvin! Please promote him and pay him for the value that he distributes as a Smashburger ambassador! My food was excellent and my Coke was just refreshing! I will have as many of my social in business meetings here just because the food and customer service are on point! Thank you for providing me excellent service and not taking my money like other burger is savage in the city! Stand out above all the rest of the burger places I have eaten in the Dallas area! Thank you for understanding Customer service . Customer service still matters, and it matters to me especially when I’m trusting a brand with my hard earned money! Enjoyed the Smash Bacon Cheeseburger, fries were flavored nicely but a little overcooked for my tastebuds, but still not too bad. Was definitely a nice place to eat with great service and great atmosphere. I will definitely be eating there again. Also enjoyed the fact that they served several different domestic beers.

The double Colorado burger is the best burger I've had in a long time. The meat is juicy, fresh, has a lot of flavor, it is a large portion and the chiles are not so spicy and greatly enhance the good flavor of the cheese and meat.The French fries are crispy and not too salty, which makes them perfect for my palate.The service is impressive, it is friendly, fast and charismatic.The fresh red fruit water is delicious, it is not very sweet and you can feel the flavor of the fruits.

Needed quick burgers from a grueling day: Smashburgers did not disappoint . The staff was extremely courteous and friendly and the food was quick. The burgers were delicious: savory charred beef with crispy vegetables. We ate it all as fast as we could chew. You can taste the herbs in the tater tots and it feels nice. Overall, a great experience for fast food.

Cashier was super sweet. Got a single bbq bacon burger and an order of tots. The burger was the best one I've had from there to date however the tots were very disappointing. Tasted great, however the price you pay for what you get...0 stars, do not recommend! $3.09 + tax for basically half an order of tots. Nope not getting my money for that again. (Nothing was even spilled at the bottom of the bag)

Excellent burger. Second tine having a smashburger and probably the first time it was made right because it was very good with a unique taste. It is basically a seared burger. It starts to take on the flavors of a broiled or grilled burger, but made with only a flat top stove. Fries were a touch greasy but still good. Inside looks like it is from 2010, like many places in DFW these days. Interior might also need a professional deep clean because everythibg feels kinda sticky and smells faintly funky.
