I ordered the truffle burger (good although it could use more truffle sauce) - parmesan fries with truffle sauce (meh) - and pomegranate sweet basil lemonade (good). I had it delivered so it was cold (somewhat understandable) - However, I was VERY disappointed they forgot the truffle sauce for the fries (kind of whole point). Won’t be eating here again - not good enough to repeat.
They were out of what I ordered but they went out of their way to make sure I was able to get someone different or get a refund. I got a burger and was not disappointed
I’m not exactly sure what has changed here, I am a Dasher and I’m big on customer service, and when I used to come before, it was always a long wait, at least 30-45 minutes for the order and the employees weren’t very nice about it either and it just seemed like they didn’t care about our time. Shake Shack in Dallas' Uptown is a nice and unique restaurant that offers a great atmosphere and service. It is a kid-friendly place with yard games, and wheelchair accessible with easy-to-open doors and nearby parking. The food, such as the delicious burger, SmokeShack, and fantastic crinkle fries with cheese, receives high praise. The shakes, including the Dubai shake, may vary in preference, but the overall flavors are appreciated. The staff is very pleasant, dedicated, and genuinely nice, creating a welcoming environment. The service is quick, and the burgers come out hot with soft buns. While the food prices may be on the higher end, the effort is shown in the quality of the ingredients used. The location in a wonderful neighborhood adds to the overall experience, making it perfect for grabbing a solid combo without the wait or nonsense.
