Ordered just fries at the kiosk, and waited 15 mins to get them! And I only got because I asked what happened to my order! Also, apparently, they didn't even know what my order was (they were basically asking me what was my order, like no cheese, etc).

Yard games and open space, perfect for a playdate.
Ordered through Uber eats.Took them over 30 minutes to finally get to the hotel.Everything else was closed in Dallas on a Sunday evening.But, the burgers & shake was delicious and burgers still warm. Just a testament to how good their preparation for take out is. Keep up the good work.

The food was pretty good and the prices aren't too bad.My issue was with the service. The woman who took my order was difficult to understand, AND she was instructing people to "press the up arrow before inserting your card." Well, pressing the up arrow adds a 10% tip to the purchase. Why would you TELL people to do this? That's a very bad practice.

Ordered UberEats and the food was cold and not even warm when we received it 15-20 minutes after it was picked up. Normally, you should still feel the warmth from the burger or fries after that long if you receive it fresh.

A solid 3.5 star experience. (I gave them a 3 instead on account of the price and quality of the food) They lied about the first responder discount, but that was no biggie. The atmosphere more than made up for that, but the fries were lacking in the cheese and bacon department and pretty flavorless and the burger wasn't anything to write home about. The only thing seasoned was the shake and that was saltier than the dead sea on steroids. Needed to drink a bunch of water afterwords to re-hydrate my tongue. 23.00 for a fast food burger, fries, and a small shake is just crazy.
