“Went there for the love island reunion s7. It was so much fun! The venue is huge, big tvs everywhere, fast service, and really good quality bar styled food. Themed cocktails for the event! A screenshot was shared showing only part of the conversation, but it did not include the messages where I was spoken to disrespectfully and called out of my name. That context matters, because there are always two sides to every interaction. I am sharing this so people can see the full picture and not base their opinions solely on what was posted. For every reaction, there is a cause.
I do take accountability for not responding as quickly as expected. I was in the middle of opening a new location and managing multiple commitments. However, a delayed response does not justify personal insults or disrespect.
It is also important to note that in her own message, she mentioned that a previous caterer had ghosted them. I cannot speak for another professional’s decision, but respectful communication and realistic expectations are essential in any business relationship.
For transparency, feeding 100 to 120 guests for under 1000 dollars comes out to roughly 8 to 10 dollars per person. That budget does not cover food costs, preparation, labor, equipment, setup, or service for a wedding. Being honest about what is and is not feasible is part of running a professional business, not a lack of care.
I respect my craft, my time, and my experience, and I expect the same respect in return. I stand by operating with integrity, fairness, and clear communication.

“GREAT wings. Got the buffalo wings that are battered in rice flour. Super fresh with a slight crisp and very flavorful sauce (more on the mild side in terms of spice level). A bit pricey (6 for $12), but great quality. Buffalo cauliflower bites appetizer was great, as well. Beautiful interior, fun atmosphere, and nice staff. Parking sucks around the area. So give yourself time to find a spot and potentially walk a few minutes to get there. Overall great spot to catch a football game and grab food/drinks.“

“This place was sooooo good. I have “The Pepe” zepp and I added grilled chicken. Wow. My hubby had the Italian stallion with no bun. His favorite part was the cheese and the ham. The cocktails were great. The bartender was very cool and fun to talk to. Then… the Belgian chocolate dessert. Best dessert I’ve ever had and we had gone to the State Fair earlier today. We came for our anniversary dinner. Absolutely recommend this place.“
