I will have to admit, I was not a fan after the first time, but upon finding the shake flavors that I like, I have become a 3 time per week regular and will continue to do so. The shakes are just slightly more expensive than I was paying at Smoothie King and they have far fewer calories and seem to keep me satisfied as long if not longer through the day. Tried this place today for the first time since I started my diet and the smoothies was awesome. I loved the flavors and the LIT tea was great woke me up and gave me energy to start my day before work. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and others.
