“This was a treat. It has the feel of a "Cheers" kind of place. Plenty of TV's for sports viewing. Our waitress was so nice and attentive. The food was great. To my surprise, they had fried mushrooms (which I love). We look forward to coming back.“

“Honestly I didnt stay long I had really been looking for a good dark bar to just sit and soak in the atmosphere. My dad was a bouncer at these type bars so this bar gave me so much so much nostalgia. The smell of cigarettes, the dark room regulars just chit chatting. They had a jukebox, pool and darts. It really gives you that old fashion bar feeling I've been missing. I had a few jack and cokes and the bartender was very quick and friendly. I didnt catch her name but she had long blonde hair in a ponytail. I did go in as soon as they opened so im sure it wouldn't be as quiet and calm in the evening but it was just what I needed to feel like I was just chilling and having a drink with my dad.“

I went there on a Thursday night to sit and listen to the blues jam, and although I did not bring I guitar with me from Oklahoma City, they found one for me to play. That allowed me two get up and do a few tunes with the band. The jam host Pete was on top of it. And ran a great blues jam.“

Just good, Texas hospitality. The staff is attentive but relaxed which shows that most of the people there are frequent flyers. Plenty of pool, sports, music and friendliness to go around.
