I come to the mesquite location often and I'm never disappointed. You have some great servers here. Especially Juan and Maddy they never disappoint.
Came to this location the first time this weekend and Juan was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and made us laugh and made sure we enjoyed our meal and our time here. #feltlikefamily

Chili's Grill & Bar offers a mixed dining experience. The food and drinks are generally great, with highlights like the crispy yet juicy chicken tenders and the flavorful southern egg rolls. The cheese ticks were the best part. However, the service can be lacking at times, with customers reporting difficulty in getting additional orders or attention from the servers. Some servers need to be retrained on customer relationship as they stay in the front chatting while customers have to get another server passing by for a refill. The Nashville Hot dish lacked the expected spices and flavor, while the big bite burgers were slightly dry and overcooked. Everything can be a little messy and barely any meat in the quesadillas. Overall, the restaurant provides a satisfactory dining experience, with excellent and attentive service on some occasions, but room for improvement in certain menu items and consistency. Many customers have had an awesome experience and definitely plan on coming back.
