I’ve never been accused of not paying a bill until last night , me and friend came the last 30 mins before closing , I do understand yall are tired and ready to go . The host reminded us and said if we could eat in 30 min. Sat @11:30. The server didn’t come until 11:40 . She rushed us to order gets our food no napkins never even checked up on us until we called her over . Then when it comes to paying I asked her for change for a 10$ handed her the 10$ for 2 fives and then handed her 2 twenty’s , 1 of those 5$ , 2 of the 5$ off card and she’s goes comes back and says she never got the 2 twenty’s. I wasn’t gonna go back n fourth with her I know I paid a bill AND tipped which she didn’t even deserve . so I walked out She most likely pocketing y’all’s money !

I come here once or twice a month with my brother. We enjoy the environment and the food. Our waitress is always attentive to us. The food always has that delicious flavor on every visit.
Burger was fried too hard.Tables were sticky. Restroom not clean. Waiters were swamped and unable to serve promptly.

Worst experience EVER. Our waitress had too many tables. My soup was cold and I had to ask for crackers. I had to send my entree back twice. Sunday night was DEFINITELY NOT the night to go to chili's.
Had the old timer cheeseburger, very good. Have had the ribs recently and they were excellent.

Impressive location!(all Chilis are not equal, another chain that I usually stay away from). However, the Mesquite Texas location is the best. The food was hot, restraunt clean, impressed that the team was conscious about cross contamination (the waitress took order, someone else delivered food, someone name Pedro kept helping out)!The restroom was clean and they passed the French Fry test

Had to wait 15 minutes and Never got service. Was getting ready to leave when the manager showed up and asked if we had been waited on. He saved the day, made sure that we were seated and waited on. After that Food and service were GREAT ?Parking: Plenty of parking.
