This is probably our 3rd time here, never had a problem but our steaks were a bit over seasoned. The rest of our food was good.
I order pickup everytime I come to this location and everytime I'm waiting over 35+ minutes for my food which never comes and I eventually end up having to go inside for it. What's the point of having the curbside option if it's not curbside? You never know a person's physical limitations... The food is good but the service is horrible and this is from multiple visits..
Larita our server was the best. I don't remember a better server, than her. She made the whole dining experience such a great time. We will definitely be back ☺

LongHorn Steakhouse provides a great dining experience. The food is amazing, cooked perfectly, and full of flavor. The servers are attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is very nice. The portion sizes are great. Guests can enjoy meals like chicken fried chicken, salmon, and asparagus. The manager checks on everyone to ensure they are having a good time. However, there was an incident where a manager did not provide good service to certain tables. The issue was addressed by someone from the restaurant who apologized and showed good customer service. Overall, LongHorn Steakhouse has great food and service, making it a place guests want to return to. The staff is generally amazing, and some guests have even received extra touches like a hot wheel toy for their toddler. The restaurant can get busy, especially on weekends, which may affect the service. Despite this, the food is pretty good, and guests can have a wonderful time with great service from the staff.
