Maria's Kitchen Sazón Mexicano is a small, family-owned and operated restaurant in a strip mall, with only three or four tables. It is more ideal for to-go orders than for big groups. The food is absolutely delicious, amazing, excellent, and authentic, made fresh and extra savory. Highly recommended dishes include the pozole, tacos de carne asada, pastor tacos, fajita tacos, pambazo, and mole enchiladas. Specific meals like the classic breakfast (weenie con huevo) and mollete de chorizo are also noted, with beans seasoned to perfection. The tortillas are handmade. Sides like the salsa dip, guac, and thick chips are fresh. The red sauce is really spicy and by God hot, while the green sauce is awesome. Drinks like the horchata are authentic. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, treating customers very well. A note for visitors: there is no bathroom available. The spot delivers authentic flavors and welcoming service.
