“I’m so impressed with the freshness and improved recipes. So much better since the new owner took over. They’re working hard to constantly improve the restaurant & the food & service. They serve real Chinese food & the owner is friendly & courteous. I recommend trying the fried rice just to see the difference between them & many others serving food that’s not authentic. “I ordered carry out from Chan’s on January 1, 2026 and didn’t get my sweet and sour sauce that I ordered with my food. I called and the lady took my order said she didn’t get my order correct because she was training someone and then ask me what did I want her to do about it because they didn’t charge me for the sweet and sour sauce. She kept saying they didn’t charge me for it as if that makes it okay. They don’t need her training anyone. She need to go back for a refreshing training course because she don’t listen to what the customer is ordering. But as for me I’m done with Chan’s because this is the second time they’ve gotten something wrong with my order and they don’t care when you call them about the inaccuracy in the order. There’s too many other places to spend my money at then Chan’s.“

“Chis wok is a takeout only destination. So I will not report on the inside of the restaurant. They utilize their space for the demand. I could care less where they keep the food or ingredients as long as its up to code somewhat. The people complaining about seeing the food in the front fridge are prudes. Ignore them.

The food is immaculate and the price is fair. That's really all you need to know. Order online and get a free appetizer. No other chinese places I know of do that! Best Chinese in mesquite!“

“Great restaurant and cashiers were nice. Third time going here and it has been nice and clean every time. I got the mushroom chicken plate which is my favorite dish from them.
