“Joyce ? the manager has been taking care of our family for ten or so years. She always make sure our food is always on point. She makes sure my combination yakisoba noodles are the way I like them. Extra pork and extra spicy.?. I've tried others, but China Fang is our go to. If you're looking for good food, please go the China Fang.?“
“I came through last night and my order was missing items, cold and took over 20 minutes. I tried calling but no one picked up. I called this evening and spoke to Raul. He replaced the entire order for us, apologized, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. While our experience last night was poor, the way he went above and beyond to fix the issue definitely means I’ll be coming back because I trust this store to make it right if something goes wrong.“
“My first visit here so i didn't know what to expect however I am well pleased to have found an excellent Indian, Indo-Chinese Kitchen near my office! I indulged in lentil beans, rice, noodles, chicken, lamb, Naan bread and Garlic Naan-bread! Everything was savory and delicious and full of yumm!! Everything is made from scratch! No canned pre-made things! The Naan bread melts in your mouth!! Very large portions, so I'm brining home dinner this evening! All the staff here at Red Hot are friendly and helpful! I am so very full! I was greeted warmly like an uncle long overdue for a visit and made to feel comfortable! Im so satisfied with this dining experience and dreading my drive home! I hope I don't fall asleep! I already can't wait to return and try more new things!! Stop by and enjoy an excellent meal! I might still be here!! Just an excellent experience!! Very affordable also!“
“We got for the tomato soup base with a-Choy root and king oyster mushroom since we have kids, and we absolutely enjoyed it. The fish was extremely tender and tasty. Despite the small square footage, the store offers fantastic fish and a delightful environment. We also savored the homemade fried milk custard and crispy fried pork belly, both of which were excellent. We decided to sign up for the membership to enjoy a lifelong 5% discount.“
“This is the perfect place for dining out with a group of friends! It’s open 11 am-2am all week long (closed on Tuesdays), so it’s a perfect place to drink and hang out. You can order as much or little as you want, and servers are attentive and quick. They can answer any questions you may have if you are intimated by the menu. Skewers are prepared fresh and food comes out fast! We will be back!Edit: As a spicy food fiend, I LOVE the oil spill noodles here! So savory and spicy!Parking: Shared parking lot with ranch 99, Manna Shabu, and Doma Soellong tang“
“After coming here with my boyfriend, this has officially become my top dim sum restaurant to go to in the DFW area. The staff and owner are so welcoming, kind, and efficient with their service. Anytime we needed anything, they were right there to check on us and provide what we asked for. The inside is spacious and beautifully decorated. The booths are also very comfortable. The restroom is also clean and has a cool sink design. We ordered a large variety of dishes including clams in black bean sauce, eggrolls, beef shank and tripe in chili sauce, mala crawfish, Chinese broccoli, sticky cakes, and pork xiaolongbao. Everything was SO good and I am so excited to return when I'm in town again. I especially loved the crawfish and the beef shank and tripe in chili sauce, I could not stop thinking about these dishes in the days after. We also tried their homemade peanuts, which were served warm and fresh. The sticky cakes for dessert were also the perfect amount of sweet and chewy. I am incredibly excited to return when I'm back in town. They also have big round tables for larger parties to share food in the traditional Chinese way, which is awesome for when I want to bring friends.“
“We've been coming to this place for years. When we first came, they didn’t even have menus, just a chalkboard with the items written in Chinese. It's grown so much over the last 30 years. Food still tastes great, but the service is lacking. So go for the great food, not the so-so service.“
“I have had 5 take-out orders in the last 4 weeks. Owners and staff are friendly and efficient. Here is the tale of the tape: Excellent (5 stars): Peking duck, Chinese Mushroom with Bob Choy, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Salt & Pepper Squid, Barbecue Pork, Roast Duck, Peking Style Pork Chop, Wonton Soup. Good (3 to 4 stars): Hot & Sour Soup, Egg Drop Soup, Salt & Pepper Shrimp. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu...“
“Stopped here while out of town, due to nearby buffets having poor ratings. This sit down place did not disappoint. Waitress, Felicia, was very nice and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious, large portions. Best Chinese food we have had in a long time!“
“The place is very popular. It is literally mobbed with customers. There is no where to wait while your number is being called. Kind of chaotic getting a seat. It's a buffet so you have to serve yourself, except for the drinks. There's plenty of food. So you can stuff yourself full. They have seafood, so I'd recommend stocking up on that.“
“Husband said lo mein was good, son had sushi and he ate it all up, my shrimp fried rice was pretty good also. Could use a tad more flavor but good overall. Veggie rolls are a little soggy inside. Would like if they weren’t but we were pleased with our food for the most part. Would come back if in area again.“
“The restaurant is trying something new with adding the noodles before adding the veggies... There already not enough room in the bowls for everything to fit and I didn't like itKid-friendliness: This restaurant has friendly waitresses and they are especially nice to small children .“
“So I've seen this place since I was a kid. I decided to stop by here for lunch because Reddit of Dallas said it was one of the best Chinese in Garland. I completely agree. That orange chicken was ?. The sweet and sour pork was good but the sauce could use some work. Maybe season the pork before they batter it. The egg rolls were hella good but a bit small for the price. The rice was surprisingly good even tho it looked bland. Could use some egg. I'll definitely be coming back over and over again. I highly recommend eating here as a guy with a big appetite.“
“The owner owns the restaurant for more than 30 years. Both chefs have worked with her for years. One chef is 71 years old and the other is 81 years old. The food taste like home! We really enjoy the food, and have been visiting since 2007. The sauce of spicy dumplings is home made by the owner! You can only taste it here! The must order is three cups intensities and Taiwanese popcorn chicken! Of course, Taiwanese pork stews rice.“
“FEEL LIKE HOME!We have been coming to the restaurant weekly since 2007. My son loves their fish tofu (none spicy). We came here every time we came back in town from the trip to taste being home. The restaurant is own by a coupe nearly 30 years. And I do not know how they do that. They do not hire anyone to work for them. They do everything on their own. Such an amazing and powerful couple is!!! We love come here to talk to them and hear about their adventures. A lot of customers have been coming here generation after generation.“
“Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)Review:Đông Hải Restaurant is a hidden gem that deserves every bit of its five-star rating. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. The home-style food hit the spot, offering authentic Vietnamese flavors that were both comforting and satisfying. The tea was hot and fresh, adding to the overall delightful experience. The inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. I highly recommend Đông Hải Restaurant.“
“You have to order food via its internet website which can be kinda complicated. They offers Sichuan style food. However, not as spicy as the authentic food in Sichuan, China. The food is good. And lunch special offers good food in reasonable price.“
“Kid-friendliness: We love coming here with our family, including our toddler. Great variety of authentic Chinese food and free soup for dine in. It’s quite cheap for the amount of good quality food you get. We always have extras to bring home.“
“-we Snagged a booth at the bar(current wait was about 20mins)Katy was amazing, attentive and wonderful…-the Lomein noodles were slightly under charred for Changs Normal standard however everything in the table was wonderful-chicken lettuce wraps-egg drop soup-lomein no veggies-beef broccoli win lomein(Now my difficult order)-king poa no peanuts add snap peas extra celery-add extra protien(tofu)Katy plus the other staff were all in unison we will be back ✌?“
“I love this restaurant - the food is phenomenal, always delicious and consistent in quality. There are great vegetarian options as well. The owner is so friendly, he takes care of the place single-handedly and creates lasting relationships with his customers. As repeat customers, he recognizes us, remembers our order, and recalls details we share with him, creating a really friendly environment. This is hands-down my favorite restaurant in the Richardson area, and the best Chinese I’ve had.Vegetarian options: We get vegetable lo mein with tofu and general tso’s tofu. Both are really great dishes.“
“I only ordered their Chicken corn soup so this review is based on that. I order a to go order of Chicken Corn Soup. It was really good, I specifically asked to be light on the corn because I don’t like the soup to be sweet. Make sure to also ask for the hot chilli oil, it goes great with the soup. The service was great they were very friendly and didn’t mind giving me extra crisps. I would come again for the soup, once I try something else off the menu I will update this review.“
“I think this place may be too many options for an indecisive group. My friend group and I went to Bistro B recently and spent about 20-30 min simply deciding what to get and ended with ordering pho. Overall, good ambiance, pho was the usual, and the proportions were amazing, just too many options on the menu.“
“All I got to say best to call in, or you going to be late getting back to work, if you on lunch break, and you just have 30 minutes you going to be late, and sometimes they tell you a time but don't listen to it, at least you have a hour for lunch, you will be just fine.“
“Cash only place. Please make sure you have your cash. It's a Togo but sit down place, where you can order food but they also have tables for you to dine in. Their B combo is $10 with rice and 3 entrees as of February 2024. Cheap and decent food. If you dine in then there's complimentary soup that you can serve yourself. It's like cafeteria style, you tell them the entree you want (in our case we pointed since they have no name tag on the dish) and they are served with two scoops of rice put on a metal tray with your 3 entrees then you find a table to sit down and eat. You can then get yourself utensils and soup. After you are done with your food then put the tray in those containers they have down below the soup table. And clean after yourself. Quick meals and cheap meals. If you want to go I think it costs a few dollars extra. Their menu and prices are there behind the counter. I appreciate that they didn't rush us through the process of picking out our entrees. They have Taiwanese shaved ice here but only during the summer. Shared a shopping center so plenty of parking.“
“The food here is great and everything tastes amazing! We’ve been here many times and every time the quality is great. Highly recommend the schezuan style fried rice and chili style chicken if you like spicy food. And their soups are some of the best I’ve had in Dallas!“
“Bring your appetite and your family. Great food and service but portion sizes are family style. My husband and I each ordered an entree but one would have been enough for both of us. There are no side orders so when I ordered fried rice we ended up taking home 2 days worth of fried rice. Prices were fair and reasonable.“
“Wow what a great little mom and pop business. Food was fantastic service was above and beyond...my 3 star atmosphere is only because it's a very basic diner style seating...super clean. Do not let the location fool you. This place is a find, try it.“
“Feeling Content-Uber Eat deliveryThe food is delicious! The meal order comes with rice without extra cost. I am happy with my orders! Spicy chicken were well seasoned! And taro with pork rib, its sauce was great; the pork rib was almost melting in your mouth beside the bone, well cooked and tasty!“
“I ordered this from Uber eats for delivery. I ordered sweet and sour chicken, Pot stickers, and egg rolls. Holy effing **** this place rules. Like really really rules. Please never shut your doors and thank you. Feel free to tell me what to try next “
“Small but a lovely place.Very helpful and accommodating staff. I asked for low-carb options and they made for me beef and vegetables. The food was delicious. Prices are very reasonable.Dietary restrictions: They made for me no carbs version.“
“The service here is so nice and thoughtful. It’s the most underrated restaurant in my opinion. Me and my family love it so much. The food is very good and they make it very fast. It’s one of those places that make you feel pure and good inside. 10/10 no doubt!Kid-friendliness: Very friendly atmosphere.“
“I had an outstanding experience at Pei Wei! The staff’s friendliness and the restaurant’s impeccable cleanliness truly stood out. The food was exceptionally fresh, elevating my dining experience to a 5-star level. Highly recommend! Will be back ASAP since this was so good, it just hit right.“
“If you’re looking for comfort Chinese food this is the place! Worth every penny. We typically order the egg roll 10/10Chicken and dumplings 10/10Sesame chicken 10/10 (nice and crispy)Shrimp fried rice 10/10 (rice has good flavor and doesn’t taste bland)KungPao chicken!Oh and the cheese boats and sour soup! So yummy!“
“I’ve been a regular here for quite sometime, five years, and I absolutely love their orange chicken, lo mein noodles, wonton soup and egg rolls. They know my name and usually ask “the usual”? I love that - and two times now I’ve gone just for a big bowl of wonton soup and they told me it’s on them this time. It truly feels like a home atmosphere!“
“Very good food. The portion size is very generous and the taste is genuine Chinese (of course as we know it here in America). It seems to be a family run restaurant and everyone that helps us was sweet and nice. For sure a place to go back.“
“The best. My favorite favorite place in dfw for chinese bbq. Fresh fresh so fresh. Been going here at least 10 years and always consistent. Wonton soup is favorite ?. Crab fried rice was a delicacy. Stir fried noodles/vermicelli is amazing. All portions are super. Very very good cost price performance.“
“I like rice garden. Even have to drive a ways to get there even though there are other Chinese restaurants closer. I always order online and I like how I can add certain items to my Singapore rice noodles or fried rice. And probably any other item on the menu. I’ve been there 5-6 times. Service has always been good and friendly.“
“Just ate dinner here. We got the Garlic Shrimp, Peking Pork Chop, and Fried Half Chicken. The food was amazing and so was the service!!The flavors hit the palate in the best way. Garlic Shrimp was deeply savory, all the veggies were crisp and texturally lovely, the shrimp was a great size! The Peking Pork Chop was sweet and tangy, had an edge of bbq flavor and just a hint of heat with a delicious mix of onions and peppers. The chicken was moist and perfectly salted. Everything was hot, an amazing portion size, and a great price. But more than anything I want to say the service was PHENOMENAL. Everyone was so nice, totally patient, and our server was so helpful in clarifying how the things we ordered would come out. She even boxed up our leftovers!I just felt so comfortable. It was raining, I had a pot of tea, and there was no rush to leave. Exquisite sense of peace. I'll be back many times.“
“Hubby and I decided to try this place after searching for a small, local Chinese restaurant. The reviews were pretty good, so we offered takeout. The food was ready in about 5-10 minutes, so we didn't wait long. Our bag was HEAVY, which was impressive, considering the inexpensive price. I ordered pepper steak w/brown rice and hubby ordered sesame chicken w/fried rice and egg roll. We LOVED it! Both dishes were flavorful, tender (chicken and beef), and, as previously mentioned, PLENTIFUL. Service was fine (transaction was quick, as we placed our order, got our food and left). I absolutely recommend this place for tasty, inexpensive Chinese food.“
“Richardson Folks, it's a hole the wall. In the right way. The man in front could not be more gracious. We had orange beef spicy and Kung pao chicken mild. As I told him, nǐmen de shíwù hé fúwù dōu hěn hǎo. Really, go try it, if you havent.“
“I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The owners are so nice, the service is wonderful, and the food just makes everything perfect. This is my favorite spot to have noodles, and they also have sushi options. Everything is just so good! 10/10 would recommend if you're in the eastern Dallas area.“
“This is the place to go for luosifen. We went with low expectations but were wow-ed by the food. They opened recently and so it's very quiet. You scan the menu (qr code at the table) and order from your phone. They also have condiments at the little counter that you made grab. Place is spacious with ample seating. I ordered the thick noodle with pork intestine.“
“If you're in the mood for Chinese or Korean noodles and don't want to decide until you get there, head over to Legacy Food Court in Plano off Legacy near Jusgo and Mitsuwa Asian grocery stores. You will see a variety of Asian restaurants within a food hall atmosphere where you can sample Chinese dumplings, noodles, beef rolls from LJ Kitchen, lamb hand-pulled noodles next door, Hakka rice and noodle dishes, Korean seafood Jjamppong/ jjajjangmyeong a few doors down. I highly recommend LJ Kitchen for the amazing flavors and textures not common in traditional American Chinese cuisine like ma-la beef Offal noodle soup, shredded potato cold dish for starters. Owners are really nice and don't take my shortcuts with their food. Their green leek pie, pan fried buns, potstickers are really good. Ask for hot oil and black vinegar to add to their soups, noodles, dumpling dipping sauces. You might see me there.“
“Conscientious businessmanI ordered two bowls of mixed noodles (with soup) and couple's lung slicesIt's delicious, the soup base is rich and fragrant, and the noodles are generous.Takeaway: The boss will separate the wet and dry takeaways into fresh noodles.Dine-in: clean and hygienic, warm and friendly service. We also came here on the recommendation of a friend, and found that many customers came here to eat one bowl, and then took a few takeaway bowls home. Some were not local customers and even took them back to other states. The ingredients are very fresh, and the soup base has the same taste as home, using American ingredients and seasonings. It comforts the domestic stomach and is safe and secure.“
“I loved coming here. It was my first visit as I was looking for a place that served Peking duck with buns. Once I found this place, I called to double-check their menu options and hurried right over. The server and hostess were very kind and accommodating. The food was served in a timely manner and it was very delicious. I will definitely make a return visit in the future.“
“I had a great experience here I ordered the pad tai and it was delicious I highly recommend my friend got the chicken fried rice and they also really enjoyed it Chris was our server and he was very kind and welcoming definitely coming back soon!“
“This was our first time to Fine Asian and the food was really good. The service was good and friendly staff and the restaurant was not very busy. I've struggled to find a good Chinese food restaurant ever since moving here, but I'll be returning.“
